Cereal

If you like cereal...try Trader Joe's High Fiber cereal. They look like little brown sticks, kind of like fiber one but tastier. Only 80 calories and 9 grams of fiber per serving...satisfies my crunchy cravings. I added strawberries too...

Keep it up!

One day down...my goal is to stop chomping on random stuff at school, like some random gross chocolates that someone brought in but I ate nonetheless, and some random caramel corn that was also kind of gross. I made some yummy tilapia with fire roasted tomatoes and olives, only 150 calories, and strawberries & cool whip for dessert! What's everybody else doing? I'm bored!
