Keep it up!
One day down...my goal is to stop chomping on random stuff at school, like some random gross chocolates that someone brought in but I ate nonetheless, and some random caramel corn that was also kind of gross. I made some yummy tilapia with fire roasted tomatoes and olives, only 150 calories, and strawberries & cool whip for dessert! What's everybody else doing? I'm bored!

That dinner sounds great! I was pretty good today, no bad stuff, except a piece of bread at dinner because the cupboard is bare! Have to go shopping.
You should get the biggest loser family cookbook, I use it all the time.
